Responsibilities

1. Work towards Zero incidents
2. Contractor briefing & Issue of work permits
3. TNPCB & HW Handling
4. Conduct EHS Committee meetings
5. Knowledge & Use of safety policies
6. ISO 140001, 45001 requirements
7. ESG requirements
8. Gemba walk through & follow up for closers

Qualifications

1. Basic Knowledge on MS Office
2. Safety Practices in respective work places & usage of PPEs
3. Awareness on basic of EMS requirements
4. Awareness on 5S principles and application in respective area
5. Knowledge on applicable statutory & Regulatory compliances
6. Carry out HIRA across the plant
7. Develop an action plan to mitigate high risks
8. Knowledge on harmonious people relationship in organisation
9. Participation skills (co-ordination, organisational, decision making, ability to assume responsibility)
