Job summary

TLX Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent administrative assistant. Fresh graduates are welcome; you will manage documents, data entry, and office operations while supporting the finance team.

The role requires basic Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, good communication, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm.

Qualifications

• Poses at least SPM education.
• Able to converse in basic Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, independent and highly adaptable to own tasks.
• Good communication and eagerness to gain product knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Excel).
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm & Sat 9am-1pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents, filing systems, and data entry.
• Handle daily office operations and provide general administrative support to the finance.
• In charge of issuing various bills as ordered by superiors.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth transition of goods to customers.
• Support daily e-commerce operations: daily processing orders, etc.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments when required.
