ExxonMobil in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Control Systems Engineer to join our global team based in Kuala Lumpur. You will support control systems infrastructure, work with site engineers, and help deliver reliable operation and cybersecurity across refinery and chemical plants.

You should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT and familiarity with virtualization, networking, Windows servers, Active Directory, and automation scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Familiarization with virtualization, networking, Windows servers, operating systems, Active Directory, domain controllers and/or automation scripting.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, troubleshooting ability, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Support control systems infrastructure (software/hardware) for refineries and chemical plants.
• Deploy cybersecurity measures and sustain risk mitigations for ICS environment.
• Collaborate with site engineers and central CSST to align on roadmaps and upgrades.
• Provide above-site control systems sustainment support and participate in after-hours rotations.
