Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about art?

We’re looking for a proactive Administrative & Digital Content Assistant to support our growing art business in Penang. You’ll handle admin duties, manage our digital presence, and help bring artistic projects to life. This is a great opportunity to grow with a creative brand while working in a flexible hybrid setup.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform general administrative and scheduling tasks
  • Update and manage websites (Wix, Shopify, or similar – no coding required)
  • Create content for social media, blog, and newsletter based on guidelines
  • Edit and manage digital assets (photos, videos, documents)
  • Help coordinate exhibitions and event support (occasional on-site presence required)
What We're Looking For:
  • Fresh graduate with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Familiar with Canva, social media platforms, and basic digital workflows
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (BM is a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently with remote tools (Google Drive, Trello, etc.)
  • Willing to grow and take ownership of tasks
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Genuinely passionate about art, creative work, and culture
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: RM 2,000 – RM 2,800/month (based on experience and skillset)
  • EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions
  • Paid annual leave & medical leave
  • Work-from-home flexibility with regular check-ins
  • Optional: phone/data allowance, training in digital tools, or art handling
