Job Description
  • Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients, generate and track leads, secure contracts, and meet sales targets.
  • Consult and promote WORQ’s Enterprise Solutions to new clients, expanding adoption through advisory and planning approaches.
  • Deliver workplace strategy services aligned with clients’ goals, focusing on innovative and integrated solutions.
  • Prepare tender bids and proposals, participate in pitches and presentations.
  • Communicate project updates regularly to management and cross-functional teams, highlighting project status, issues, and risks.
  • Create marketing materials and maintain channels to help clients visualize the benefits of our strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and designers on space planning and creative concepts supporting organizational needs.
  • Conduct market research on real estate, workplace strategy, change management, and related fields.
  • Organize data for workshops, presentations, and reports to assess impacts on business and organizational performance.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and collaborators to expand WORQ’s market presence.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

As part of the Enterprise team, you will:

  • Lead project deliverables from inception to completion, including client meetings, site supervision, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Assist in sourcing and securing new commercial office locations and landlord partnerships.
  • Represent WORQ positively to tenants, landlords, and stakeholders, negotiating leasing requirements and agreements.
  • Ensure design and project management standards are met.
Qualifications
