Key Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise-wide architecture principles and standards, and core strategic architecture direction.
  
  
  • Govern technology decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategy and cost efficiency.
  
  
  • Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance across all initiatives.
  
  
  • Partner with Digital Transformation Committee and business leaders to recommend architecture investments.
  
  
  
  


• Architecture Design & Roadmap
  
  
  
  • Develop current-state and holistic future-state architecture from aspects of applications, data, integration, infrastructure and security; including transition strategy.
  
  
  • Drive simplification by reducing complexity, eliminating duplication, and enforcing modularity.
  
  
  • Own enterprise integration strategy (e.g. API-first, event-driven, data sharing).
  
  
  
  


• Transformation Leadership
  
  
  
  • Guide modernisation of tech stack - ERP, data platform, cybersecurity uplift, and MACH adoption.
  
  
  • Evaluate build vs buy vs partner decisions.
  
  
  • Ensure strategic vendors align to enterprise design.
  
  
  
  


• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  
  
  
  • Act as a bridge between teams: Collaborate with various departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, and design, to align on goals and execution.
  
  
  • Manage stakeholder relationships: Keep stakeholders informed and gather their feedback to ensure the platform meets their needs.
  
  
  • Foster collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team and across the organization.
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Has more than 10 years of architecture experience in multidomain enterprise scale ecosystem.


• Expert in enterprise design, cloud, integration, data architecture.


• Strong communication and executive-level influencing skills.
