Job summary

Lotus's Malaysia is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Core Enterprise Applications supporting Finance, Property, Leasing, and Corporate Operations. You will balance technology delivery, application support, and service management to keep systems reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

As the application owner, you will manage delivery roadmaps, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, lead ITIL-based incident/problem/change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience managing enterprise applications as an Application Manager, Platform Owner, TPM, or similar role with delivery and production support responsibility.
Experience managing both application delivery and production support for enterprise business applications.
Hands-on experience with ERP(Oracle Fusion), Finance, Property Management, Leasing, Procurement, or Retail business systems.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Comfortable with SQL-based querying (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar) for investigation and analysis.
Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., UML, Visio) preferable
Experience working with third-party vendors and managed service providers.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in the retail industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of application enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional/technical solutions.
Coordinate project planning, testing, deployment, and release activities.
Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and issues with escalation when required.
Manage application roadmaps and prioritize enhancement requests.
Facilitate UAT, deployment planning, and change management activities.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements, security controls, and operational readiness.
Oversee day-to-day application support and operational performance.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to investigate and resolve production issues.
Lead RCA activities and drive corrective actions.
Monitor health, KPIs, and identify risks/improvement opportunities.
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and audit-ready docs.
Plan maintenance, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery.
Support key business cycles; liaise between users, IT, and vendors.
Communicate updates and risks to stakeholders.
Manage vendor performance and SLAs.
Build partnerships across business and tech teams.
