Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Technical Lead to drive enterprise AI solutions for clients across banking, healthcare, and other sectors. You will lead software engineers and data scientists, shaping architecture, design, and hands-on development.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with architects and product owners, and ensure security, scalability, and high engineering standards across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading technical teams or as a tech lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and data scientists.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Review designs, architecture, and code for quality, maintainability, and security.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Drive technical decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders on roadmaps.
