We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Test Engineer to join our Reliability Lab team. In this role, you will collaborate with product/test engineering and REL BU teams to ensure reliability testing readiness for electronic vehicle components, including discrete, analog, logic, and new high-current and high-voltage technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include developing electrical test setups, troubleshooting routines for automated test equipment, and creating or working with manufacturing and test engineering groups to develop test programs for PCB-mounted units.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closely with Lab Operations to address product and equipment setup issues promptly.
  • Verify and train on new test hardware and programs, collaborating with lab operations for execution.
  • Work with vendors and manufacturing/test engineering teams to ensure capability and timely delivery of test hardware and programs.
  • Ensure test programs and setups meet project timelines.
  • Analyze electrical data and failures, providing timely disposition and verification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in a test engineering environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with hardware maintenance, test development, and programming on analog/logic testers (e.g., DTS, PFT, ETS) and discrete testers (e.g., TESEC, FET) is advantageous.
  • Basic experience in people management.
