About the role

Dream Global Education Center is seeking an enthusiastic English teacher & Admin to join our team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time or part-time role is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators to make a difference in the lives of our students.

What you'll be doing (Teacher)

Designing and delivering high-quality English lessons for primary/secondary school students

Implementing effective teaching strategies and techniques to support student learning

Assessing student progress and providing personalised feedback to help them improve

Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the curriculum

Actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills

What you'll be doing(Admin)

Ensure the smooth daily functioning of the institution.

Coordinate processes like scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation.

Communicate with parents, school boards, and external organizations.

Handling tuition and payment processing manage tuition fee collection and payment records.

Improving educational quality contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in English, Business, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience teaching English at the primary/secondary school level

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents

Excellent time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple responsibilities

Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential

Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and improve your teaching practices
