Job description
Job Responsibility
Internal PR Handling – Process low-value purchase requests (under USD 10,000) or PRs covered by an existing framework in the procurement system.
PR Verification – Ensure all necessary details are accurate, including supplier onboarding status, contract requirements, category, pricing, total amount, and delivery region within 2 days. PRs requiring supplier onboarding or contract signing will be transferred to the relevant FTE.
Supplier Verification & Quotation – Verify if the request aligns with key suppliers (as per the provided list) and invite quotations for PRs under USD 10,000 not covered by a framework.
Supplier Selection & Cost Evaluation – Ensure authenticity of quotations, assess pricing for reasonableness, and record the findings in the system.
Job Requirements
Educational & Experience Requirement – Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of procurement experience.
Language Proficiency – Strong English skills at CEFR B1/B2 level or higher, with proficiency in reading, writing (business level), listening, and speaking for daily communication.
Key Attributes – Highly responsible, self-motivated, and open to challenges. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to personal and company growth.
Technical Skills – Prior experience with OA systems, Ariba, Coupa, and SAP is an advantage.
