Job Responsibility- PR Review: Pick up internal low-value (such as below 10k USD) purchase request (PR) or PR which can be covered by the framework in the procurement system.
- Review PR to ensure the purchasing items/services and the budget are reasonable and all the necessary information, including supplier onboarding status, no need for signing a contract, category, unit price, total amount, region address, etc., are correct within 2 days remarks.
- According to the PR content, verify if the request can be made through the key supplier (there will be a provided key supplier list) and invite the supplier to reply to the quotation (only for below 10k USD and cannot be covered by the framework).
- Supplier selection and cost evaluation: For below 10k BCL, buyers need to confirm that the quote is authentic, and the price is not out of (or beyond) common sense and record it in the system.
Job Requirements- Educational & Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of procurement experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong English skills at CEFR B1/B2 level or higher, with proficiency in reading, writing (business level), listening, and speaking for daily communication.
- Key Attributes: Highly responsible, self-motivated, and open to challenges. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to personal and company growth.
- Technical Skills: Prior experience with OA systems, Ariba, Coupa, and SAP is an advantage.
