• Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction
• Adopt a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services that benefits the business
• Address and resolve customer inquiries within the support scope, directing them to third-party resources or paid consultation options when appropriate
• Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution

Qualifications

• Min SPM; Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
• Min 1 3 3 years of working experience, especially in the related B2B Sales
• Excellent in English in terms of verbal, written and comprehension
• Background: Must have a technical background; in-depth IT knowledge
• Working hour: 9am - 6pm (based on serving country)
• WFH arrangement
