  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding to build rapport and trust.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions and provide relevant solutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including navigating various systems, researching information, and communicating with customers, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adhere to established call center metrics and performance standards, consistently striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team goals.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an inbound call center or customer service role.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Proven ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and identify appropriate resolutions.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
