Job description

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher in Electrical & Electronics fields.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, NPI, Process Engineering, or Facility Maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of jigs & fixture design.

Job Summary:

• Drive continuous improvement in engineering support for manufacturing.
• Explore and monitor new products and processes to support customer needs and production.
• Coordinate NPI builds.
• Lead and motivate the product and test engineering team.
• Provide technical support and liaise with customers.
• Assist engineering team with FMEA and Control Plans.
• Develop and establish plans for optimal utilization of personnel and resources to produce quality products within cost objectives, supporting the company’s business goals.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
