Where You Come In

  • You will use schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions, layouts, or defined plans to conduct testing, checkout, and solving tasks
  • You assess the performance of electro-mechanical assemblies using test equipment
  • You operate, test, and maintain robotic equipment and vision systems
  • You analyse and document test results, preparing written reports
  • You conduct operational tests and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment
  • You perform equipment-related activities in development projects under the supervision of the project engineer, including the assembly and testing of equipment, fixtures, processes, and electronics, as well as completing engineering studies and validations
  • You adhere to Dexcom’s Safety and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) program
  • You assume and perform additional duties as assigned
  • You finish the tasks in compliance with safety requirements
  • You update equipment-related documentation (manuals, drawings, and specifications) as needed
  • You are proficient in using hand and power tools, multimeters, amp meters, manufacturing test equipment, and calipers

What Makes You Successful

  • You can read, analyse, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications
  • You can write routine reports, pass downs, and correspondence
  • You present information and respond to questions from supervisors, engineers, and managers
  • You possess knowledge of high reliability, high volume manufacturing equipment and processes
  • You have technical writing skills applied to manufacturing documentation and process development, with experience in crafting and revising technical documentation
  • You have Electrical, Mechanical & Pneumatic, must or can be cover with electro-Mechanical
  • You will have an added advantage if have experience or knowledge in fluid mechanics, cleaning process, chemical engineering & data analysis.
