Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mechanical Building Services designer/supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in designing or supervising mechanical building services. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage, and strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

You will monitor project quality plans, assist the Project Manager with cash flow and progressive claims, oversee resources from start-up to closeout, and train subordinates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in designing or supervision of Mechanical Building service or relevant fields
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard is an added advantage
• Good communication correspondence skills, Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• To monitor project quality plan, work program and assist Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow & progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner’s expectation is met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations
• As Trainer for Subordinate
