Altera is seeking an Engineering Manager, FPGA Applications Engineering to lead a team of applications engineers responsible for the Hard Processor System (HPS), configuration, and security features of Altera FPGA products. This team plays a critical role in ensuring customers can successfully design, deploy, and secure systems based on Altera devices. In addition, this role is critical in influencing future product development.
As a manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers who develop technical collateral, create design examples, validate product releases, resolve complex customer issues, and drive technology adoption across Altera’s embedded portfolio. You will report into and work in close partnership with an Applications Engineering team in North America, operating as a single global organization with shared goals, technical ownership, and customer support responsibilities.
