Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including supervision of design teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the engineering and design functions across the Company's projects.
• Ensure engineering designs, technical solutions and deliverables comply with applicable standards, codes, statutory and regulatory requirements, client specifications and Company requirements.
• Review and approve key engineering deliverables, drawings and technical documents, including design reviews, verification, validation and design change control.
• Provide technical guidance, manage and develop the engineering team, and drive innovation and continuous improvement through industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with project, procurement and construction teams to ensure design feasibility, resolve technical issues, meet project timelines and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) within the Engineering function.
