Engineering Manager for a Manufacturing Company

Your new company

Our client is a manufacturing company with semi-automated processes. With a clear direction and budgeted CAPEX projects for the upcoming future, they are looking for someone who can lead and drive these plans to fruition.

Your new role

• Lead & Inspire - the engineering and maintenance team (including projects and utilities), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Optimize Operations - Plan and implement cutting-edge maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime, enhance productivity, and minimize costs.
• Drive Innovation - Spearhead engineering improvements, leveraging the latest technologies to elevate operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety - Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety.
• Strategic Growth & Development - Partner with leadership to drive long-term engineering and maintenance initiatives that support business growth and excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  
• A track record of success with driving projects and improvements related to engineering and maintenance
  
• Technical foundation in mechanical / electrical engineering to read drawings, understand equipment etc
  
• PLC knowledge is a plus point
