This high-impact role will drive engineering strategy, cloud adoption, and cross-functional delivery across global teams - playing a key role in shaping the firm’s next-generation technology landscape.

Your Impact

1. Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.

2. Set and drive engineering standards, processes, and delivery frameworks that ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

3. Act as a bridge between engineering and senior business stakeholders—translating strategic goals into actionable engineering outcomes.

4. Provide technical direction and oversight while empowering teams to make thoughtful architectural and delivery decisions.

5. Champion continuous improvement across the SDLC with a focus on agility, collaboration, and stakeholder value.
