Engineering Manager - Offshore Platforms

Employment Type: 2-Year Contract

Overview:

Leads multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs for offshore topsides, jackets, and supporting facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead engineering teams delivering design packages for offshore facilities
• Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures
• Develop and review design basis, specifications, and key engineering documentation
• Review and approve discipline deliverables for quality and design integrity
• Coordinate across disciplines for technical alignment
• Conduct design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability assessments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Interface with project, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, or related)
• Minimum 15 years' offshore engineering experience
• At least 8 years in managerial or lead engineering roles for major offshore projects
• Strong technical knowledge of offshore structures, piping, electrical, and instrumentation
