• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree in engineering or any equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in PCBA and Box Build Assembly industry is required for this position.
• Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project engineering activities within an organization to meet the company's objective.
• Lead engineering team to develop an optimum process flow, manufacturing line setup, and manufacturing requirements.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to report and monitor project scopes, timeline and risk management.
• Lead engineer team to setup and buyoff the process from development until mass production.
• Provide guidance to engineers to troubleshoot problematic process or product quality issue.
