About the Role

We’re building something ambitious at Decube — and we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to help lead the charge.

You’ll be working directly with our CTO, CPO, and PM to lead a team of engineers building APIs, web apps, and data connectors — all part of our growing SaaS platform. We’re still a small team, so you won’t just be managing — you’ll be helping shape how we build, who we hire, and how our engineering culture grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of engineers across multiple projects.
• Plan and oversee the execution of engineering initiatives — from backend APIs to data connectors and frontend applications.
• Collaborate with the PM and CPO to align technical execution with product goals.
• Contribute to technical decisions and provide architectural guidance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of engineering talent.
• Promote a high-performance engineering culture rooted in ownership, quality, and learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong technical foundation — you don’t need to code daily but must be technically credible.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Knowledge of our stack is a plus:
• Data: ETL tools, databases, data lakes/warehouses, blob storage, BI tools
