• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
• Have at least 5 years experience in Process Engineering with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Possess strong leadership to lead a team of engineers towards continuous improvements in product quality/performance.
• Have a strong technical mindset in approaching problem solving.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient resources are available for the efficient functioning of the engineering department.
• Improve and monitor production yield and quality through regular review of process capability, yield and quality performances
• Improve or maintain the product quality through activities such as evaluation, experiment and failure analysis
