Vertiv is looking for an experienced Engineering Lead – Liquid Cooling to spearhead operations at its Malaysia facility, providing technical leadership and strategic direction for the local team while supporting the regional engineering leader in driving the successful introduction and execution of new product developments across APAC.

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in leading engineering teams to support development activities
• Working with an engineering leader for delivering new product development and aligning regional resources to meet business requirements
• Develop new engineering team for Malaysia facility comprises high talents in field of HVAC for mechanical engineer / electrical engineer / change analyst / test engineer / control engineer
• Be a role model for teams to meet business requirements
• Strong credential about HVAC product development working with global team
• Good understanding about new product development processes working with multidisciplinary team from different regions
• Develop budgetary and plan to maintain future business requirement
• Enhance team talent with personalized training and maintain harmony among teams for the success of liquid cooling

Education & Certifications:

• Postgraduate in mechanical engineering
• Preferably management and project management studies job description

Requirements:
