Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering a hands-on engineering internship with exposure to customer performance reporting and data-driven upsell proposals. You will support testing and commissioning for solution business customers and assist in energy optimization research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (E&E), Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and analysis of customer performance reports for subscription-based business operations.
• Assist in preparing upselling proposals based on cloud system operational data and performance insights.
• Support site operations, including testing and commissioning for solution business customers.
• Assist in conducting research on energy optimization, system tuning, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (E&E), Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking, with good report writing and presentation skills.
• Willing to work at customer sites and support testing & commissioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Availability for a minimum internship duration of 4 to 6 months is preferred.
