Job summary

SPEEDY BEST SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to oversee projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, production teams, and internal departments to monitor schedules, costs, quality, and delivery timelines.

Review technical drawings, specifications, material requirements, and project documentation, while coordinating procurement, production, testing, installation, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong project planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
• Willing to attend site visits and work during day/night when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, production teams, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules, production progress, costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, material requirements, and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, production, testing, installation, and project delivery.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings when required.
• Monitor project issues, risks, changes, and variations, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Ensure projects meet required specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and deadlines.
