Job description

This is a full-time remote role for an Engineering Change Analyst (Team Lead). This role will be leading a team who is responsible for managing engineering changes within the organizations. Thus, a leadership experience is required.

Job Description

  • Works on business process assignments with clearly defined objectives
  • Solves business controls/process problem of various complexities
  • Responsible to support the product transfers/New Product Introduction (NPI), discontinuance & obsolescence process
  • Process and ensure the implementation of Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Order (ECO)
  • Responsible to ensure the system data and document complies with ISO & SOX standard
  • Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 3-5 years of experience as an Engineering Change Analyst/Coordinator
  • Possess leadership skills and able to guide team members to complete tasks
  • Strong understanding of engineering change management processes and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Knowledge in Oracle, VB, ASP will be an added advantage
  • Able to accept work from home mode (full time)
