Job description

1. Lead the Engineering department (PE, ME) in the Malaysia plant.

2. Responsible for new product development plans, including the introduction and production of new products, trial production arrangements, production guidance, analysis and resolution of on-site abnormal problems, and the improvement of production processes, product performance, and structure.

3. Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient communication on product development projects.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders, including R&D, design, and manufacturing teams, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

5. Ensure smooth operation and optimization of production systems, including maintenance of production lines, repair and maintenance of instruments and equipment, design optimization, and capacity planning.

6. Participate in process improvement and technical management of production lines.

7. Responsible for product design and the implementation of manufacturing processes.

8. Work with customer service teams to address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

9. Monitor service performance, analyze customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent.

2. Experience in the Medical Device Industry is an advantage.

3. At least 5 years of management or relevant experience preferred.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Mandarin, both oral and written.

6. Good understanding of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards.
