Overview

Responsibilities include assisting the Engineering Manager with engineering and documentation tasks and collaborating with project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Generate process timing for all new Requests for Quotation (R.F.Q).
  • Enter Bill of Materials (B.O.M) from customers for new products.
  • Determine actual process times from production and create a reference list.
  • Translate documentation required by the Quality Management System for all existing and new products assigned to you.
  • Take direction from project leaders and engineering staff.
  • Perform B.O.M verification after entry.
  • Work cooperatively with others.
  • Save all project details on the server in an organized fashion (e.g., folders/files according to customers’ name).
  • Generate AMC CINCARIA PIN for all new projects.
  • Produce English written documents with proper grammar, sentence construction, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Communicate in English with customers, clients, and the public verbally via telephone, in-group, face-to-face, and/or one-to-one settings.
