About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Assistant to join AREX PRECISION MANUFACTURING (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD', a leading industrial engineering company based in Pekan Nanas Johor. As an Engineering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering team and contributing to the smooth operations of the company. This full-time position offers the chance to develop your skills and expertise within a dynamic and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

Assist the engineering team in design, development, and implementation of industrial processes and systems

Conduct research, data analysis, and technical studies to identify opportunities for process improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues

Participate in the development and maintenance of engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports

Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency

Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations through innovative solutions

What we're looking for

Diploma / Degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline

0-2 years of relevant experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
