Through this program, apprentices will help the organization build a talent pipeline for future vacancies.

Build your engineering fundamentals through hands-on experience in areas such as general engineering, industrial services, electrical, automation, and/or develop project management skills leading to production plant engineering management.

You will be the perfect candidate to rise to the challenges in this exciting role if you meet the following attributes:

1. Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
2. CGPA of 3.2 and above.
3. A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Interest in gaining hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
5. Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
