Job Description

We're seeking a driven individual to bring and sustain new flash memory products to market in a dynamic environment. Test engineer is required to drive High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Test Excellence in collaboration with operations. Key responsibilities are as below:

  • Optimize Test Strategies: Execute comprehensive test plans, balancing test time, yield, and quality to achieve aggressive goals in high-volume manufacturing environments. Conduct troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement on given products.
  • Execute and Collaborate on Engineering Solutions: Assist and execute implementation of innovative engineering solutions to meet project requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Support Innovation and Cost Efficiency: Partner with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge testing technologies and elevate existing practices. Execute and support the adoption of cost-saving solutions like Test Time Reduction (TTR) and new test platform enablement, driving CAPEX reduction through innovative test strategies.
  • Technical Expertise and Support: Provide technical support in electrical failure analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Address issues related to RMAs, production, reliability, and DPPM (Defects Per Million Parts) improvement.
  • Technical Communication and Documentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise technical reports and documentation, including electrical failure analysis work instructions, test equipment guidelines, test reports, and specifications.
  • NPI (New Product Introduction) Support: Engage in NPI projects, assisting test development team, to ensure a smooth transfer of test technology from the mother site to mass production.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technical training sessions for technicians, fostering knowledge transfer and team development.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Degree or master’s in electrical & electronic Engineering, with minimum 0-3 years’ experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
  • Good understanding of electronics, programming language C and python.

Preferred

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, SQL, C++, and Java.
  • Proficient in fundamental electronics.
  • Experience in project management.

Skills

  • Basic ability to read, understand and write Python, SQL, C++ and Java.
  • Ability to lead a technical team and work independently.
  • Highly self-motivated, passionate about innovation, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
