Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a capable service/engineering coordinator in Malaysia to manage monthly service tasks for chillers, cooling towers, water pumps, and water treatment. You will coordinate with MVM, update progress, and prepare executive reports for the chiller plant.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and about 1 year of related experience; OSH-C qualification is preferred. The position involves site coverage and coordinating across multiple sites.

• 1 year of related experience.
• OSH-C qualified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service tasks with MVM; coordinate monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump, and water treatment.
• Obtain updates on service progress and parameter summaries from operators.
• Attend site meetings with MVM and advise on operational matters.
• Update daily operator attendance at the chiller plant.
• Compile executive reports for the chiller plant.
• Complete service tasks and quality checks.
• Prepare monthly power usage summaries.
• Prepare water and electrical usage summaries.
• Cover other sites (DLP, PSA & O&M) as requested by the Service Account Manager.
• Create quotations for the service team.

How you will do it:

• Schedule service task with MVM and coordinate on the monthly service for chiller, cooling tower, water pump and water treatment including annual chiller ASD & quarterly legionella test.

• Obtain updates on the service progress and parameter summary update from operator.

• Attend site meeting with MVM and provide advice on operational related matter.

• Update daily staff attendance (Operator) in chiller plant.

• Provide report compilation for the executive report for chiller plant:

• Service task completion

• Monthly summary of power usage report

• Summary of water and electrical usage report

• Cover other site (DLP,PSA & O&M) as requested by Service Account Manager

• Create quotation for service team
