Job description

ENGINEER (RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT / PROJECT / QUALITY / MAINTENANCE / BIOGAS)

Lead and support R&D projects related to Fertilizer and Crude Palm Oil.

Conduct literature reviews, develop formulations, collaborate with research partners, and improve methods and processes.

Work with production teams on process scale-up and resolving production issues.

Share technical knowledge and market insights across the organization.

Manage and plan daily laboratory operations and activities.

Ensure laboratory practices comply with relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Monitor site progress works and participate in site visits and meetings.

Read drawings and perform work accordingly.

Coordinate with external consultants, government authorities, MIDA, etc., for new projects.

Biogas Plant Engineer

Part of the project team to plan, manage, and execute various Bioenergy projects.

Conduct feasibility studies and conceptual design works of Bioenergy plants.

Review designs of biogas and biomass projects.

Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for scheduling and managing corrective and preventive maintenance in the mill.

Ensure tasks are executed in compliance with safety policies.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, BioTechnology, BioChemical) or related fields.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required; fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a significant advantage for communicating with China expatriates.
