Job description

Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Material, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 ~ 3 years experience in mechanical or mechatronics manufacturing Quality Assurance for Executive or Senior Executive and Engineer or Senior Engineer roles.
3. Good communication skills with customers, willingness to travel, computer literacy, and ISO knowledge are advantageous.

Authorities

1. Define inspection items for new products.
2. Reject non-conforming material or stop line until issues are rectified by Production / Tooling Department.
3. Approve documents on behalf of QA Manager when authorized.
4. Stop production if non-conforming parts are found, report to QA Manager, and inform the Production Leader.

Responsibilities

1. Assist QA Manager in implementing and maintaining QMS & EMS, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 systems.
2. Coordinate with certification bodies for audits.
3. Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding requirements, complaints, and quality issues, utilizing customer portals when applicable.
4. Lead and supervise QA team members.
5. Provide training on QC/QA functions.
6. Support other departments with quality-related training.
7. Initiate and monitor quality improvement activities.
8. Review QA work productivity and implement improvements.
9. Simplify and improve inspection methods and check points.
10. Review defect trends and proactively address quality issues.
11. Maintain and update QA-related documentation for ISO standards.
12. Ensure products meet customer requirements before delivery.
