Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Project Execution & Coordination

  1. Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of Civil projects.
  2. Create, review, and track work orders to ensure they align with project timelines, scope, and budget.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely completion of work orders.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

• Work Order Management

  1. Review incoming work orders, ensuring all necessary details and technical specifications are included.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of work orders, including assigning resources and tracking deliverables.
  3. Follow up on pending work orders and resolve any issues related to work order execution.
  4. Maintain a clear record of work order status and progress for reporting purposes.

• Documentation & Reporting

  1. Maintain project documentation, including work orders, schedules, specifications, and change orders.
  2. Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders, providing updates on work order progress, issues, and risks.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal processes during project execution.

• Quality Control & Compliance

  1. Support quality assurance and control activities, ensuring that work orders are completed according to technical specifications and quality standards.
  2. Assist in conducting inspections, audits, and reviews to verify work order completion and compliance with project requirements.

• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

  1. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the execution of work orders or project milestones.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for project-related concerns and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or project managers as needed.

• Safety & Quality

  1. Execute safety and quality according to company’s policy, mission, and vision by coordinating and controlling the implementation of safety (OSHA) and quality (ISO) to all works at section as well as advice and consult subordinates and contractors to comply according to the procedures and regulation according to the safety and quality requirements.
Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.

• A total of 4 to 6 years working experience in Construction and Maintenance Industry (Highway, Road Maintenance, Building, Bridge).

• Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and design software.
