Job Description

Job Summary:
This role involves leading purchasing activities within the Product Innovation Framework (PIF), ensuring timely market entry, supporting sourcing strategies, quality, and cost targets, and coordinating cross-regional cost reduction projects.

Responsibilities & Authority:
The candidate will define and maintain product group purchasing strategies, coordinate RPP activities, involve early supplier engagement, support price negotiations, and ensure cost and quality targets are met. The role includes managing plastic and mechanical commodities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining transparency and benchmarking of costs.

Cooperation: Collaboration with rBU cross functions, Material Field Purchasing, and the Execution Team.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with at least 5 years of project and procurement experience, knowledge of NPI and plastic tooling advantageous, possess strong negotiation and leadership skills, and demonstrate strategic thinking, independence, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and conflicts.
