  • Responsible for providing technical support to Sales PIC by preparing proposals for new & existing products.
  • Design carton structures based on customer requirements, product shape, and properties to meet customer process needs within budget.
  • Prepare presentation slides & proposal reports for customers.
  • Conduct lab tests and evaluations for internal studies and external inputs.
  • Monitor online development jobs on the production line.
  • Attend customer sites for trial and test confirmation.
  • Participate in cost-saving initiatives for internal improvement and sustainability.
  • Coordinate and communicate actively with relevant stakeholders across departments.
  • Assist in ISO documentation and maintain/improve SOPs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly summary reports on new development activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field in the packaging industry.
  • Fresh graduates or those with experience in product design are welcome.
  • Knowledgeable in product development with good presentation skills.
  • Proactive in problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
