Job description

As a Product Engineer, you will be the key owner of assigned semiconductor products, providing technical and analytical support throughout the product lifecycle—from development to high-volume production. You will act as a vital link between R&D, production, and cross-functional engineering teams, focusing on improving product performance, cost efficiency, and production yields.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

• Own the product(s) under your responsibility, playing a significant role in the product development team:
• Provide feedback to the development team for new or existing products.
• Support new product ramp-up and continuous improvement on product performance (Yield, Cp/Cpk, Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
• Continuously support FE / BE production topics (low yield, FAR, etc.) and facilitate linkage between cross-functional teams.
• Drive cost improvement projects, ratio improvements (TIR, TTR), and yield enhancement.
• Develop automation software to improve efficiency in data analysis.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Physics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Technology).
• Less than 2 years’ experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering and/or Device Testing (entry-level candidates are welcome).
• Experience in statistical data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python programming and R scripting.
• Good aptitude for engineering analysis, problem solving, and finding solutions.
