• Analyze and address nonconforming products, providing countermeasures.

Process Engineer

Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Engineering, PMC

What You Will Do

1. Develop and verify new processes according to product design requirements to ensure quality, efficiency, producibility, reliability, and safety.
2. Continuously improve processes to enhance production efficiency, simplify steps, and standardize operations through proper documentation, verification, and validation.
3. Collaborate with product engineers on process improvements and provide effective plans.
4. Analyze and address nonconforming or scrapped products caused by process issues, providing countermeasures.
5. Train operators on processes and assess/certify their positions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. Basic knowledge of PFMEA, DFM / DFT, and problem-solving skills.
3. Basic knowledge of photoelectronics.

What Will Put You Ahead

1. Proficiency in Minitab for GR&R and CPK analysis.
2. Ability to use project management tools to monitor tasks, timelines, and records.
