Your Mission:

1. Ensure glove quality and achieve production output targets.
2. Monitor manufacturing costs.
3. Provide technical support to supervisors.
4. Coordinate with chemists, engineers, and supervisors regarding production issues.
5. Assist the Production/Manufacturing/General Manager with data analysis, troubleshooting, and workforce management.
6. Report major quality issues to the General Manager and discuss solutions.
7. Take additional responsibilities as instructed by your supervisor.
8. Follow work process procedures and instructions within your scope of authority.

What we are looking for:

1. Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Civil, Environmental, Polymer Engineering, or related fields from reputable universities.
2. Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written). Mandarin is a plus.
3. Results-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and ability to interact at all levels.
