To provide technical support for the maintenance team to carry out preventive maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and meeting departmental target downtime.

To plan the PM schedule and acquire the necessary resources to perform maintenance within the allocated resources and time limits.

To carry out activities to ensure machinery and equipment are always maintained in good condition.

To plan, organize, execute, and follow up on the process of spare part inventory and procurement costs to ensure proper management at all times.

To lead and motivate subordinates to work effectively together in carrying out preventive maintenance.

To ensure staff and workers adhere to safety rules and regulations, and strictly observe safety procedures in all aspects of work.

To maintain compliance with ISO safety, health, and environment policies and procedures.

To report maintenance progress and action plans to the Maintenance Manager.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in both Bahasa Melayu and English, written and spoken.
• Possess a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong management skills, dynamic, and able to work independently.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• On-call availability for breakdowns outside working hours.
• Capable of controlling situations and making logical decisions that yield positive results.
• Computer literate, skilled in MS Office.
