Engineer Jr. - Fresh Graduate

Successful candidates will be offered a full-time permanent job under V.S. Industry Berhad.

Candidates will be assigned under SMT Process/ Process & Project/ Test or Maintenance/ Injection Molding department that relates to education and working experience background.

1. SMT Process Engineer

• To define process flow for new product introduction.
• Develop & improve work instruction, procedures & process control for existing products.
• Responsible for SMT yield & internal / external quality feedback.
• Coordinate fabrication of stencil & fixtures for SMT use.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and product output.

2. Process / Project Engineer

• Generally responsible for process and product engineering of the manufacture of existing products.
• Liaise with customer engineering for process/ specification related issues.
• Generate work instructions & control plans to demonstrate methods and sequence of assembly process.
• Perform failure analysis and define rework/repair methods.
• Non-technical related job duties may be assigned including material compliance, project coordination.

3. Test / Maintenance Engineer

• To keep track of all assembly machines, equipment and fixture asset and their corresponding spare part list and drawings.
• Provide cost-effective solutions in tackling issues pertaining to maintenance and breakdown.
• Demonstrate safety awareness especially on maintaining machines and fixtures.
• Process technical know-how in electrical and electronic, test script writing and PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to demonstrate and lead in identifying root causes of product failure.

4. Injection Engineer

• Supervise & lead a team of technicians and material handlers.
• Perform injection molding machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure quality product is in conformance to required standards.
• Maintain engineering database and documentation as required.
• Work closely with QC, Planning and Engineering team to address production-related issues.
• Participate in new tooling trial runs.
• Improve production yield, output, & cycle time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• With 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SENAI, Johor.
