As a member ofOperation Research Team,you will be responsible for capacity related topic and closely work with other functional groups locally and globally to meet the key performance indices through continuous improvement activities and projects. You will also involve on equipment capabilities, strategy, and roadmap for operation efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall operation capacity studies (time study, productivity topics and resources optimization etc.)
  • Performs mathematical modeling/simulation on productivity/process improvement and optimal usage of resources.
  • Conducts work measurement studies and analysis providing clarity for operation capacity modeling.
  • Performs project management to monitor performance via system automation, to improve operational efficiency, UPHand cost performance
  • Performs Cost-benefit analysis on improvement strategies, follow thru for any investment needed to increase capacity for operational delivery.
  • Sustain and maintain JDA data focusing on equipment inventory, EUPH, PT, OEE.
  • Work with operation and global team to maximize equipment utilization and capacity.
  • Drive for balance line through loading optimization
  • Layout optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree in any field relates to Semicondustor industry.
  • Auto-CAD proficient to support layout drawings.
  • Proficient in problem solving tools, statistical tools, failure analysis and debug techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
  • Self-driven, good time management and planning and integrity to deliver highest quality of work.
