Responsibilities
  • Develop & optimize process parameters to meet yield & quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products/process improvements.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve process-related problems.
  • Develop, implement & maintain SOP, process documentation & troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify & drive opportunities for process, cost & cycle time improvement to support department goals.
  • Utilize statistical methodology & data analysis to monitor process capability & drive continuous improvement.
  • Qualify production personnel on processes & equipment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations & company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Material Science or Applied Science.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in semiconductor manufacturing; knowledge in mold/ball mount/laser will be an advantage.
  • Good methodical approach in process optimization & harmonization.
  • Highly innovative, motivated & stress-resistant individual with a zero defect mindset.
  • Good team player & able to communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
