  • Develop, set up, and operate Flux clean process.
  • Create flux clean recipes to check for solder joints on all SMD components.
  • Work on machine modifications, tools, and jigs fabrication for yield improvement or process robustness enhancement.
  • Work on yield improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate engineering builds, DOE, evaluations, and follow up closely until closure.
  • Document operating procedures, ROHS, FMEA, control plans, etc.
  • Recommend the best materials and process flows for new product introductions.
  • Establish operating procedures and provide training to engineers, technicians, operators, and trainers.
  • Systematically solve process issues using correct analysis tools.
