An established industry player is seeking a skilled Equipment/Maintenance Engineer to enhance facility operations. Individual will be responsible for making timely and accurate decisions in maintaining and troubleshooting tasks in all aspects of Facility operations. The role involves prioritizing multiple activities and making effective decisions in a high-demand manufacturing environment, utilizing sound problem-solving skills, advanced process control, and statistical process control methods. Additionally, the individual will identify issues, perform root cause analysis, gather and analyze data to optimize downtime and maintenance (preventive or corrective), and communicate findings and requirements to the fixture & equipment design team. The role also includes identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction in maintenance activities, and documenting maintenance activities in MP as needed.
Minimum Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
This position primarily involves work in and outside the office environment, requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of equipment, tools, computers, and other digital devices is necessary. Extended standing may be required during meetings or facility walks.
