Seeking a qualified Equipment Engineer with expertise in installation, maintenance, and optimization of semiconductor assembly equipment such as Chip Mounter, Multi-Chip Mounters, Reflow Ovens, Flux Cleaners, Wire Bonders and Automatic Inspection Machines. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime and improve system reliability. Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance protocols is essential. The role also requires proficiency in documentation and reporting to track equipment performance and maintenance schedules. Ideal candidates should have a technical background, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to process efficiency.
